In our daily lives we often conform to the ways society teaches us to be normal. Via her art Emma Mulder highlights the beauty of the extraordinary, and the power of expression that comes with it. I composed this piece of music for the presentation of her works. The music aims to match her design style while also capturing the complexity and message of her concept. The result is a minimal-styled composition with a combination of popular nostalgic music and experimental electronic sounddesign.
A composition for a short promo film for the athlete Jip Vastenburg created by Video2Web for the Experis film competition in 2016. In this composition I wanted to highlight how inpiring the training journey of an athlete can be. Going through ups and downs and being able to continiously keep going and to stay focussed on your goals.
